Vehicle Handover

To ensure day to day productivity it’s important that your driver is familiar with  the vehicle they are driving.

Simple checks before and after each job can make a big difference. Learning how to better utilise the vehicle and being fully aware of it’s capabilities can improve driver safety, lower maintenance costs and make your business even more efficient.

The aim of this one day course is to ensure that your driver utilises their truck to its full potential, and has a better understanding of the vehicle and it’s controls.

As part of this course drivers will receive an introduction to the interior and exterior of the vehicle with a focus on the controls and instruments of the vehicle, an introduction to the vehicle specification and digital tachograph and an explanation of basic warranty terms and conditions.

Drivers will also be taught what daily maintenance checks they should make which in turn will help reduce maintenance and fuel costs.
