In order to use the Parts Online service, you will have to go through a two-step procedure. Firstly register your company as an Online Services customer, secondly get your Parts Online account activated by a Volvo authorised dealership.
Step 1: Register as an Online Services customer
To register your company as an Online Services customer, go to "Register Here", fill in the form and confirm your registration.
