Driver training

With every Volvo truck sold in India we train at least 2 customer drivers. Volvo also trains drivers from the open market, building a pool of drivers with the right attitude and skills. All driver’s are pre-selected before they are provided training all drivers need to pass through a test before qualifying as Volvo Drivers. Over 23000 drivers have been trained till date.

Training Programmes

• A five days basic driver training course (orientation on Volvo Vehicle)
• A two day refresher training at customer location, preferably at least once a year.  The aim being to ensure re-enforce the training objectives and in turn work towards better productivity for the customer.
