The first thing we do is to sit down and take a close look at your business. Between what hours do you need the truck? In which topography does it operate? By asking questions like these and many more, we provide the base for a unique agreement and a proactive plan that fits your operation.
Maintenance only when required
Through online communication, the technician can monitor the condition of the trucks' vital parts before a planned maintenance appointment. Should it be discovered that the wear is less than expected, the workshop visit can be postponed. We'll only do maintenance when you need it.
Most repairs taken care of in advance
Sooner or later parts get worn out. With the new Volvo FH, the brake pads, clutch, battery and air dryer are all connected to the workshop and thereby exchanged before risking a breakdown. Since the workshop has been informed what parts need to be exchanged, these are available already when the truck arrives for service. In this way all operations can be performed directly and at one occasion, saving you time and visits to the workshop.

Advanced technology and telematics are central parts of the New Gold Service Contract. But so are also detailed planning and deep understanding of your needs. Through flexible opening hours and individual service schedules, Volvo makes sure that all service is performed when the truck is off duty.
Well prepared for the unexpected
As a Volvo customer, you have access to highly-trained personnel ready to assist you day and night. In the event of a breakdown, the VAS On Call button in the cab will connect you with an operator speaking your language and well aware of the situation. The Volvo technician will do his utmost to solve the problem directly by the roadside. If this requires a lengthier repair, a replacement truck or financial compensation will be offered.
