I-Shift gearbox

Regional assignments means frequent gear changing. I-Shift lets your left foot rest. The software picks the right gear, at the right time. And helps to save fuel.

Remote diagnostics

Using Remote diagnostics, a Volvo vehicle is always connected to our service network. The Volvo Uptime Center can monitor entire systems and single components in a truck while it’s on the road. This way, unplanned stops can be avoided, and uptime and efficiency boosted.

Alternative fuels

Natural gas-powered Volvo VNM trucks are ideal for local and regional haul fleets. The factory-built models feature Cummins Westport ISL G and ISX12 G compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) engines.
