The Volvo FE

The Volvo FE is the world’s most versatile truck for city duty. Volvo FE can handle more or less any job you throw at it, but we would especially recommend it for regional transportation, refuse handling, refrigerated haulage, tanker and bulk-goods transportation and light construction duties.

An engine to count on

The Volvo FE is equipped with the Volvo D7F – a high-torque, highly responsive common rail engine with a displacement of 7.2 litres. It responds instantly to the throttle, which means you quickly reach cruising speed and can push powerfully in high gears even on steep inclines.

Versatile beyond belief

The Volvo FE is available both as a tractor and as a rigid for gross vehicle weights of 18 to 26 tonnes and the chassis range is broad. Three chassis heights, two frame heights, two frame thicknesses and several combinations of suspension systems mean you get a chassis optimised for your particular needs.

The Volvo FE cabs are designed to ensure that you can focus on driving. The seats are highly adjustable, the overview is excellent and the instrument panel is clear and easy to understand. Also, the entry is designed to make it convenient to get in and out of the cab.
